We run a 24/7 emergency service, 365 days a year, and we'll do our utmost to be with you within the hour wherever possible. Our vans are well stocked, so most repairs are completed on the first visit.
There's a minimum call-out fee for the first hour, then a fixed-price quote to complete the work.
Callouts 7am–11pm: minimum £80 + VAT for the first hour.
Callouts 11pm–7am: minimum £150 + VAT for the first hour.
After the first hour, a fixed price is agreed with you before any further work.
