Make sure the boiler has power and other gas appliances are working - it rules out a wider supply problem.
If the needle's sitting low (in the red, below ~1 bar), low pressure may be the cause — note where it sits.
Jot down any code or flashing light, and avoid repeatedly resetting the boiler. Then call and we'll diagnose it.
There's a minimum first-hour call-out, after which we agree a fixed price — including any parts needed — with you before we carry on. The cost depends on the fault and any parts, but you'll never be caught out.

Callouts before 11pm: £80 + VAT for the first hour, then a fixed price (including any parts) agreed with you.
Callouts after 11pm: £150 + VAT for the first hour, after which the rate drops to £80 + VAT, plus any parts.
That depends on the fault. We carry a wide range of common parts, so we can often fix the problem on the spot — occasionally we need to order a specialist part, which can add a little time, but our supplier network means we can usually get hold of most parts quickly.
