Yes — there's a minimum call-out charge of £80 + VAT for the first hour on jobs before 11pm. After the first hour we agree a fixed price with you — including any parts needed — before we carry on, so there are no surprises. For late-night emergencies after 11pm, the first hour is £150 + VAT, after which the rate drops back to £80 + VAT.
